Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind before it ships? Here's how cancellations work.

Before dispatch — free cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, at no cost. For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead refuse delivery or request a return after delivery as per our Returns & Refunds policy.

How to cancel

Go to My Account → My Orders and open the order.
Or email support@majda.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of cancellation.
COD orders: no payment was taken, so nothing is charged.

We may cancel an order ourselves (with a full refund) in rare cases such as stock issues or a non-serviceable delivery address. We'll always let you know if that happens.
