By accessing or using Majda Sarees and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, colours, and images, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of sarees.
  • Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one shown at the time you place your order.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund where payment was made.
  • Order confirmation is sent once your order is successfully placed.

4. Payments

  • We accept online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) via our secure payment gateway.
  • Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders, subject to a handling fee shown at checkout.
  • We do not store your card or banking details; all payments are processed by our PCI-compliant gateway partner.

5. Shipping, returns & cancellations

Delivery, returns, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms.
